We are alway looking for ways to improve. Capturing our Church attendance gives us data to work with that will show us where our strengths and weaknesses are.
Here is a quick layout of how to use your CCB site to capture data while completing every day tasks.
Adult Church Attendance
We have set up a Sunday Service Group for each of our congregations. Use this group to capture the attendance of your Morning and Evening church services by adding events that represent your venues within the church and your services. Have a look here for more details.
Children’s Church Attendance
We have set up a template children’s church group for each Congregation on CCB. Use the template group and create groups for each of your children’s church classes. As we usually check-in our children at Children’s church, we can use individual attendance here. Have a look here for more details. Using CCB’s check-in site, we can capture our attendance and check in our children for the Sunday service in one go.
We also have set up reports to let the pastors know if children’s have not attended Children’s Church for 3 weeks in a row, making it easy for Pastors to follow up with these families to find out if there is anything we can help with.
Youth Attendance
We have set up a Youth Group for each congregation. Add your Youth to the group to take weekly attendance at the meetings. You can also use the CCB check-in site, email reminders or the LEAD. App to take attendance.
Visitors
We have set up a First Time Visitors form for each congregation. Use this form to capture your visitor’s details, send them a welcome email, connect them with Small Group leaders and track them through the follow-up process. All in one go. Click here for more details.
Small Group Attendance
Setup and mange your Small Group on CCB with your leaders’ help. Taking weekly Small Group attendance can be done by email or the LEAD. App. To help you manage your small group members, you can use CCB forms. Your Small Group Leaders complete the forms to help you know who is new and who has moved away.
