Do employees need to keep to a specified dress code in the workplace?
It is not required that shofar employees dress corporately or as they would in the secular business sector, employees may be comfortable in their work clothes. However, as an employer, we trust in the integrity and discretion of our employees to know what is appropriate dresscode. Employees must be neat; hygienic and considerate of their presentation to external stakeholders for the purpose of maintaining the integrity of the Shofar movement.
Is there a code of conduct specifically for Shofar staff?
