Is there a structure regarding raises in salaries?

Unfortunately there is not a set structure regarding raises, however, after the financial year end in February we try our best to afford raises inline with inflation.

Should you have reason to believe you deserve a larger increase, please do speak to your manager/pastor at any time. We cannot always guarantee approval on this, but we will definitely consider your request, and we will look at your circumstances and reasons for the request in order to assist with the final decision.

Yes, we deduct PAYE (Pay As You Earn) Tax at the end of each month.  You will receive a salary amount after this has been deducted.

What else does my employer pay from my net salary on my behalf?

We only deduct tax from your salary, unless we have made specific arrangements with you, which normally would be a payment for a staff loan that has been granted to you.  The law is very strict in terms of these requirements.
