Letsgo Giving Site
Letsgo Ministries was created as a platform to help the church build the Kingdom according to the heart of God and Shofar’s mandate. Letsgo Give is a vehicle for the Shofar movement to serve the needy, the poor, and the destitute by supporting church mercy projects and congregation member’s needs.
The Letsgo Give site allows you to partner financially with church-run projects. All donations that are channelled through Letsgo Give to our various NGOs, Shofar congregations, and ministries will qualify for a section 18A certificate.
How to load a project on the site:
Fill out the Letsgo Give form
Be sure to have any media (videos, images, etc.) ready to upload – as well as comprehensive campaign descriptions. If you require assistance from the Support Centre with your media campaign, fill out the SC project brief form.
Once your campaign has been uploaded and approved according to the 18A regulations, we will load your campaign onto the site –found HERE. Campaigns take 5 -7 days to be approved and loaded onto the site.
Please take note:
- The donations are processed through Payfast into a Support Centre bank account.
- Payfast provides for Credit, Debit, EFT, Instant EFT, Bitcoin and a few more.
- If you need a direct EFT option to a bank account of your choice, we can include it in the description text.
- If you specify an EFT account (as per point 3) – you will need to notify the Support Centre (webmaster@shofaronline.org) of any donations received that I can manually update the ‘Goal’ timer on the donations site.
- Money gets transferred (to an account of your choice) and the end of the campaign or alternatively at month-end.
- You need sign-off from your regional leader for any fundraising campaign submitted.
