You have OneDrive but it does not want to connect to your Shofar Account.

You need to download the OneDrive for business the one you have is for personal use and connected to a personal email.

Follow the these steps

Login at https://support.shofaronline.org/portal/
Click on 365 Office portal
Click on the ↓INSTALL SOFTWARE button in the top right corner
Click on the left side on the word OneDrive
Go to the bottom and click Install and follow the instructions
When finished installing you might need to restart your computer for it to take effect.
