| We have created a worship feedback form similar to the preaching evaluation form.
This is a useful tool to identify areas in our worship teams that we can celebrate and areas that need growth. Since most worship leaders are volunteers, we strongly encourage you not to show them a completed form, because it’s impossible to get everything “right” and that is not the heart behind the form. Pastors and senior leaders can use it as a guide to help spark meaningful and uplifting conversations with worship leaders. Feel free to ask advice or request training for your team!
