When should I insure an item?
All movable assets valued more than R5 000 and immovable assets must be insured.

Notify Support Centre finance team regarding changes, additions and removals of insured items.(insurance@shofaronline.org)
Notify Support Centre finance team regarding any damages and theft of insured items (insurance@shofaronline.org)
All claims must be reported within 48 hrs to the Shofar Finance Team and the relevant claim forms submitted within 30 days to the Shofar Finance Team
I need to claim from insurance, what now? (Property loss)
Download and complete the following claim template Insurance Claim Template
Provide two quotations for the replacement asset (same model, unless the model has been discontinued a newer model to replace)
If there was forced entry (break in), proof needs to be provided as well, e.g. invoice to repair window of forced entry.
A police case number must be opened and provided in the case of theft/ break in.
Send all the above to insurance@shofaronline.org

Download and complete the following template: damage to vehicles
Certified copy of the driver license of the driver of the vehicle when accident occurred
Two quotations for the repair of the vehicle
Short description of how damage occurred

I bought a new asset (camera/ sound board etc.) and want to insure it, what do I need to do?
The finance department will communicate the change in insurance premium once you have downloaded and completed the following document/template for a new item to be insured and sent it to insurance@shofaronline.org along with the invoice of the new item.

The above paragraph says there is a document/template that can be downloaded for new insurance items. Please can you advise where to find this? There is no hyperlink in the paragraph.
