By now you would have probably heard about Sharepoint, and as the Shofar HQ Finance team, we make use of it quite a lot
This is because we can manage exactly who is allowed to see what, which you can imagine is quite important with something as confidential as church finances.
The link to the sharepoint site is: https://shofaronline.sharepoint.com/HQ-Finance/
To login, you must use your shofaronline.org email address, and the password is the same as your outlook (Office365) password
The details you can find on the sharepoint site is:
- The latest finance templates e.g Expense claim forms etc
- the latest legal templates e,g letter heads
- All insurance templates, for claims or adding items to the policy
- All Cloudsmart Financial Reports for your congregation
- All monthly HQ Contribution & Salary Schedules sent to each pastor
- A summary of each congregations monthly Tithe & Offering Income, the 3 month average, as well as the HQ contributions amount & Percentage, since 2012 to date.
